Are you, your group, organization, business, or family interested in decorating a tree for the Festival? Great! We'd love to have you be a part. Here are the rules:

There is a $50 fee to decorate a tree. This covers the cost of the tree so our overhead is lower and we can donate more to the United Way.

This is a completely outdoor event. All decorations need to be weather-proof.

​

The deadline for registration is Nov. 18.

​

The trees will be onsite starting Thurs. Nov. 19. You can begin decorating at 3pm that afternoon and have until Sat. Nov. 21 at noon to have your tree decorated. 

​

We will have a sign by each tree stating who decorated it and who it is in honor/memory of (if it is).

​

People will get to vote for their favorite trees. Prizes (tba) will be awarded in the categories of Best Overall, Most Creative, and Most Outlandish...so think out of the box and wow the crowd! Winners will be announced Sunday Dec. 6.

 

On Dec. 5 we'll hold an auction for the trees, with all proceeds going to the United Way. You can keep your tree if you'd like, or donate it to the auction. All trees can be picked up starting at 9 am Monday. Dec. 7 and must be gone by Sunday Dec. 13.

If you'd like to register but your organization does not have a credit card, here is a printable form you can fill out and either mail to us at 1426 Claridge Nursery Rd. Goldsboro NC 27530, or bring it by the farm and put it in the drop box.
